Recent News: Recently completed is a CD Dan has been recording ( as vocalist) with a band from Pennsylvania called Simon Apple. David Leonard ( Paul, McCartney, Bare Naked Ladies, Rush, Tony Bennett) mixed the CD, and the project features. some very special guests including: Steve Rodby ( Pat Metheny), Tony Levin ( Peter Gabriel) John Helliwell ( Supertramp) Check out www.simonapple.com to learn more about this band and find out how to get the CD

TV Land: In 2003, Dan composed and recorded the theme song and a vast amount of instrumental music for the regional gardening TV show " People, Places and Plants." This show is broadcast on many east coast ABC, NBC and CBS network affiliates as well as WB, UPN and Fox stations. His original music was nominated for an Emmy. Take three great Maine singer songwriters, mix 'em together, and what would you get... and where would they meet if you did? How about under the song tree! Dan performs with veteran maine singer songwriters; Anni Clark and Lynn Deeves, for this project. It's great 3 part harmonies backed with acoutsic guitars, flute, slide guitar, harmonica, hand drums and a good sense of humor to the equation. In 2001 Dan co-wrote and produced a CD for Maine songwriter Tom Cornwell, It's called "Destination Known" and is available at www.klaritymusic.com ( Dan also played and sang on this CD)

Any talk radio listeners out there?- They've taken a shine to Revolution on Dr. Laura's nationally syndicated radio show. They continue playing tidbits from several cuts on Revolution during her show, and their music director Dan Mandis wrote us " This guy is awesome. I love the acoustic sound, tempo, and especially the lyrical content.
