VENDOR'S AGREEMENT
THE CASH FAMILY POTTERY COLLECTOR'S CLUB ANNOUNCES IT'S ANNUAL SHOW AND SALE!

DATE: Memorial Day Weekend, Saturday, May 24, 2008
TIME: 8 AM - 3 PM
LOCATION: Unicoi County High School Cafeteria, Erwin, Tennessee
FEATURES: Door prizes, live auction, good people, good times!
COST: 1 free table per member, additional tables $20 each. (Club membership is same amount.

DEADLINE: Deadline for receipt of reservation for tables is May 1, 2008. Additional tables may be available after deadline,But Please Note TABLES WILL NOT BE GUARANTEED AFTER THIS DATE AND WILL BE ASSIGNED AS AVAILABLE ONLY, BY THE SHOW CHAIRMAN. PLEASE NOTE THAT TABLES WILL BE "ASSIGNED" PRIOR TO THE SHOW AND Table Identification will be GIVEN TO EACH VENDOR THE NIGHT BEFORE THE SHOW space limited.
Standard tables are a double 6' table used in the cafeteria. If the show over flows from the cafeteria, the standard table may be an 8' folding table.

ITEMS TO BE SOLD: Traditionally the Cash Family Pottery Collector's Club has focused only on pottery made by the Cash Family/Clinchfield Artware Pottery.
However, the Board and membership of the organization has decided to allow merchandise being sold to encompass all pottery made in the Erwin Tennessee area, past and present.
Our goal is to increase awareness of the different potteries and to educate the public. The Erwin Tennessee area features a wonderful history of the hand painted pottery. The people who made these beautiful wares and the very town are being
honored by this showing.
TAGS: Your merchandise must be from Erwin Tennessee area, past or present. Your tags must
clearly identify the potteries manufacturer, if not Cash Family/Clinchfield Artware. If all your merchandise does not include any Cash Pottery, then a sign on your table identifying manufacturer is acceptable.
PLEASE: Please do not pack up early. The club will be giving away a 4 $25.00 certificates after the auction for an individual to have a shopping spree at any of the booths. The Club will reimburse the dealer for the door prize receipt.
