Tournament Directors

Please find below a list of Warwickshire TDs who have agreed to be contacted to provide rulings in matches played privately or when a ruling can’t be sought at the venue of the match.

When contacting them you will need to provide the facts and also the competition in which you are playing. Please note that the TD may wish to speak to members of both sides involved. The TD will then call you back after he/she has considered the facts. (They may wish to ask subsequent questions so all players must remain present until the ruling has been given).

Following the TD’s ruling if either side wishes to appeal then the facts, as given to the TD, along with the TD’s ruling should be submitted to the relevant person as detailed in the rules of the competition. Please note that both captains should sign to agree the facts, even if the facts are in dispute these should all be included and submitted. Please inform the TD of your appeal so that he/she may submit his/her report.

Please also note the latest time that the TD is prepared to be contacted up until.
