The new year 7 at Stainburn School arrived for their first day of the new term.
In their form period, they were given the following grid and instructions:

| 1. | Double lessons do not go over break or lunchtime. | |
| 2. | Each day there is a lesson of English and a lesson of Maths. Maths lessons are never immediately after English lessons. | |
| 3. | Double P.E. is on Friday afternoon. | |
| 4. | Geography is the first lesson on Tuesday and Thursday. | |
| 5. | You have 2 lessons of History which are single lessons in the morning. | |
| 6. | You have 2 single and 2 double lessons of Science. | |
| 7. | IT is a single lesson on one afternoon. | |
| 8. | French is immediately after morning break 3 lessons during the week. | |
| 9. | Design & Technology is a double lesson during Friday morning and a single lesson last thing on Wednesday. | |
| 10. | R.E. is a single lesson in-between break and lunch on Wednesday. | |
| 11. | Music is the last lesson on Monday. | |
| 12. | Art consists of two single lessons - both are on Thursday. | |
| 13. | The single Drama lesson comes immediately before and Design & Technology lesson. | |
