Trossachs Backpackers is a purpose-built hostel on an 8-acre site set amidst the beautiful scenery of The Trossachs just outside the bustling tourist town of Callander. The Hostel, which is the only such accommodation in the Trossachs area, opened in August 1997 and is finished to a very high standard.

The rooms are all en-suite and include 4-bedded family rooms with private kitchen/dining facilities, single rooms, and 8 bed dormitories. The family room rate is £60.00 for 4 persons sharing (£50.00 for 2 adults and 2 children under 12) and the other accommodation is £12.50 per person per night. These prices include complimentary tea & coffee, continental breakfast and all bed linen. We welcome group bookings of up to 30 persons and offer discounts which vary depending on seasonality and length of stay.

There is a spacious Dining/Common Room, a well equipped kitchen, a laundry and a drying room.. A large Meeting/ Recreation Room is also available and may be booked separately for conferences, parties, etc. There is also an on-site Cycle Hire Shop which sells basic provisions.
