Dear Delegate Meeting Attendees:
Enclosed in are the following three (3) pieces of information.
The Scholarship Hafli Flyer contains additional information concerning the Saturday Evening Event. The flyer should be posted in your church as well as included in your bulletin for the next few weeks.
Also enclosed are the directions to the church & hotel from a variety of directions. Additionally, there is all the hotel information that will be needed to reserve your rooms.
Lastly, enclosed you will find a flyer which outlines the cost of the weekend and allows you to pre- register for the weekends activities. It is IMPORTANT to return the registration form and ticket request as soon as possible (no later than Oct. 25) due to the limited seating available for the Scholarship Hafli. Please feel free to call me with any questions/concerns @ (203) 734- 3679. I look forward to seeing you all in Bridgeport the weekend of November 13!!!!
