Warm Cherry Tomato Salad

2 Tablespoons
extra virgin olive oil
4 cloves
garlic, chopped
1 pint cherry
tomatoes
6 scallions
(green onions)
2 Tablespoons
vinegar
2 Tablespoons
honey
1 small red
and green lettuce
Slice lettuce
in strips lay on platter
Sautee in a
medium skillet oil and garlic
add tomatoes
cook until skins burst
add scallions,
vinegar and honey
remove from
heat and pour over lettuce
