Taco Dip

1 8-oz cream cheese, softened
1 8-oz jar of your favorite salsa
1/2 large green pepper, chopped
1/2 bunch of green onions sliced
1 tomato, diced
1 1/2 cups of shredded cheese, mexican flavor

Spread cream cheese in bottom of 9-in pie plate, dish, or baking pan.  Spoon over a thin layer of salsa <as if you were making pizza> then sprinkle the veggies on top of the salsa and top off with shredded cheese.  Chill.  Serve with tortilla chips.
