lb of ground beef

tablespoons of water
1
tomato, cubed
2
packages of
Pillsbury Crescent
Rolls
1
small onion, chopped
1
package of taco seasoning mix
1
large green pepper
1
can of black olives
1
cup of shredded cheddar cheese
½
hard of lettuce, shredded.
Instructions:
- Preheat
oven to 375 degrees. Brown meat
in frying pan.
- Combine
cooked chopped meat, taco seasoning, cheese & water in a 2 quart bowl.
Arrange crescent rolls in a circle on a 13” round baking stone with bases
overlapping in center and points outside. (There should be a 5 inch diameter
in the center). Scoop meat mixture over the crescent rolls. Fold points
over. Bake 20-25 minutes.
- Cut
off the top of the green pepper. Fill with salsa and place in the center of
the cooked taco ring. Mound lettuce , tomatoes, olives & onion around
the green pepper. Garnish with sour cream.
