Swamp Water

2 c. cold milk
1 pkg. (4-serving size) grape Jello
2-1/2 c. vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt

Pour milk in blender.  Add Jello and ice cream.  Cover and blend at high speed 30 seconds or until smooth.  Serve immediately.
