Sliced Swiss cheese, each slice cut into four squares
Yellow mustard

Jar or canned sauerkraut, drained

Shaved corned beef, chopped finely

Thousand Island dressing

Cocktail rye bread

Spread a teaspoonful or so of Thousand Island dressing on each slice of rye.  Tope with some corned beef, then some sauerkraut, a little mustard and top with a square of swiss cheese.  Place under broiler until cheese melts.
