Red Stuff
(Mock Strawberry Shortcake)

2 boxes (4-serving size) sugar free strawberry Jello (you can use regular Jello if you prefer)
1 angelfood cake
2 small containers frozen sweetened strawberries, thawed (You can use unsweetened if you prefer)
1 tub light Cool Whip

Prepare jello according to package directions.  Let chill until slightly set.  Tear angelfood cake into bitesize pieces.  Combine jello with cake and strawberries.  Pour into a 13 x 9 pan and chill until firm.  Frost with Cool Whip.
