Basic Crustless Quiche Submitted by TwoOtta3
A few comments about this recipe. I make this when having people over for Sunday Brunch….or anytime your having a gathering in the morning or early afternoon. Its VERY RICH. If you have any Cholesterol watchers they ain’t gonna like this one. You can add your own ingredients to this to customize it to your own tastes. ½
Cup of butter (1/4 lb) Melt the butter. Whip the eggs until fluffy and add the flour, baking powder, salt, Cottage Cheese , melted butter , and ½ of the Jack Cheese.(At this point add any of the ingredients you chose). Pour
into a greased 9x13 baking dish. Top with the remaining Jack Cheese and bake
at 400 Degs. For 15 mins. Then reduce to 350 Degs. And bake for 35 to 40 mins.,
or until top is lightly browned. Let
cool and cut into squares.
