Noodle Kugel

1 pkg. (10 oz.) wide noodles
1 c. milk
3/4 c. apricot nectar (if your grocery store carries Goya Hispanic foods the
nectar will be in that
section)
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 stick melted margarine or butter
3 eggs, slightly beaten
5 oz. cream cheese
Topping:
1/2 cup corn flake crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 melted margarine or butter
cinnamon to taste
Pour melted butter in bottom of 13 x 9" pan. Cream sugar and cream cheese; add eggs, milk, nectar. Cook noodles, drain and mix with other ingredients. Pour noodle mixture into pan, sprinkle with topping mixture. Bake at 350 degrees about 45 minutes.
