Green Stuff

(this recipe got its name from my daughter when she was little.  She liked this jello salad and would always ask me to make the "green stuff".  I also have "red stuff" and "orange stuff")

1 lg. box lime Jello
1 lg. can (20 oz. ?) crushed pineapple, drained as well as possible reserving juice

1/2 c. chopped celery

1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 pt. whipping cream

Prepare Jello according to box instructions using boiling water.  Use juice drained from pineapple plus as much cold water as necessary to make up the cold water required.  Chill jello until slightly set, then blend in pineapple, nuts, celery and cream cheese using an electric mixer.  Whip cream until it peaks then fold into jello mixture.  Pour into a 13 x 9 pan and chill until set.
