Super Easy Fudge

1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softenend
4 c. confectioner's sugar
4 sq. Baker's unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled slightly
1 tea. vanilla

Mix cream cheese until smooth using an electric mixer.  Blend in confectioner's sugar, cooled chocolate and vanilla.  Spread into greased 8 x 8" pan. Chill.
