Ingredients: 1
tablespoon lemon pepper Lemon
slices and parsley sprigs for garnish (optional)
Cooking Instructions: Combine lemon pepper, parmesan, thyme, salt and garlic powder, sprinkle over both sides of filets. Coat the filets with flour and set aside on wax paper. In a nonstick skillet, heat the oil over medium high heat. Dip the fillets in eggs and add to the skillet, in batches if necessary. Cook, turning once, until fish is golden on both sides and flakes easily with a fork. (Should be about 4 mins a side) Meanwhile,
in a pot, combine 1 cup of water, gravy mix and juice and bring to a boil over
high heat. Transfer the fillets to a serving platter and drizzle with some of
the sauce. Garnish with the lemon slices and parsley (gotta look nice)
Serve with the remaining sauce;. |
