Shrimp Curried Eggs

Cut 8 hard cooked eggs in half lengthwise: remove yolks and mash.  Mix with 1/3 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, 1/4 teaspoon curry powder and 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard.  Refill egg whites; and place in a 10x6x11/2 inch baking dish.
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter, blend in 2 tablespoons all purpose flour.  Add one 10 1/2 ounce can of condensed cream of celery soup, and 3/4 cup of milk, cook and stir until bubbly.  Add 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese and a cup of tiny, frozen cooked shrimp: stir to melt cheese.  Stir in 1/4 teaspoon curry powder.  Pour over eggs.
Mix 1 cup soft bread crumbs with 1 tablespoon of melted butter or
margarine, sprinkle around edge of the mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until hot.  Makes 6 to 8 servings.
Can be doubled.
