2 boxes Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1 small can of creamed corn
8 oz. sour cream
2 eggs
Tblsp. sugar
1 stick butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Put stick of butter in 9 x 12 pan and place in oven to melt while you
prepare batter.
Make sure butter does not burn. Pour batter on top of melted butter
and bake 30 to 45 minutes until golden brown. Do not overbake.
