Very Cherry Fudge

36 Maraschino cherries
1 (12 oz.) package semisweet chocolate morsels
6 (1 oz.) square bittersweet chocolate ( chopped )
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condense milk
1 tsp. maraschino cherry juice
1 cup chopped pecans (optional )
vegetable cooking spray
Lightly coat an 8" pan with cooking spray --
Blot cherries with paper towel
Combine chocolates in heavy saucepan, place over
low heat.....stir constantly until melted and smooth. Remove from heat,
stir in milk and cherry juice. Stir in pecans. Spoon mixture into
prepared pan. Immediately press cherries into fudge leaving top of
cherry and stem exposed. Cover and chill fudge 2 hrs. or till firm.
