Black Bean and Corn Salad

1 16-oz. bag frozen corn
2 cans Busch's black beans (drained and rinsed)
1/2 lg. red onion, chopped
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
1/2 cup lime juice (juice of 2 limes)
3 Tbl. white vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. ground cumin

Mix together all ingredients and chill.
