Asti's Awesome Pot Roast

4-6 lb bottom round roast
1/4 cup Ketchup
1 packet of Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 can Oceanspray WHOLE Cranberry Sauce
1 bottle of beer (any kind) I use bud
<wink>
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, one
by one. Put roast in a deep casserole baking dish (ie: lasagna pan)
pour the mixture over the roast and cover TIGHTLY with aluminum foil.
Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 3
hours. Test meat with fork, if it goes in and out with ease, its
done. Otherwise, bake for another hour. (That don't sound quite right!
LOL :X)
Remove meat, and carve into slices...
return meat into the gravy, and serve with mashed potatoes and red cabbage
