- previously unrecorded in the red cover (SG BD13) this item was found recently in an old war-time accumulation of booklets. The red and blue card was utilised to use up stocks of card from the discontinued 2/- and 3/- booklets before moving on to the green card from the start of edition 14. The red booklet is printed in the usual black ink whereas the blue booklet was printed in the usual dark blue ink, proving that this was intentional. It is likely that a very small number of red cover booklets were produced before stock ran out and the switch was made to red card. Anyone finding a booklet with a red front cover and a blue back cover or vice versa please let me know!
