Welcome to ACTHA
Whether you are a Board member serving in a community association, a unit owner, or a business serving this market, ACTHA - the Association of Condominiums, Townhouse and Homeowners Association - is the right organization for you.
ACTHA is Illinois' largest statewide organization representing community associations. Our mission is to educate Boards of Directors and unit owners in the methods of association operations, provide a forum for the exchange of ideas and information, and comment on proposed legislation.
In order to achieve this, ACTHA sponsors a minimum of two all-day conferences a year and publishes a monthly newsletter. Other educational seminars are added upon request or as deemed needed by ACTHA's Board of Directors.
