The Elan English is our best selling saddle. Modesty priced and correctly styled, it is the choice of those who wish a quality saddle at an affordable cost. The Elan is reinforced for jumping and many of our customers report using an Elan for years successfully. This saddle comes in brown (shown), and black. Limited quantities in colors other than brown & black. The tree is available in several widths, including the new xwide and xxwide sizes to fit very large horses, and seat sizes range from 20" to 23". The Original Steele English Pleasure is considered the most popular English sidesaddle on the Arabian show circuit. The general fitting Steele tree we've offered since 1983 in Wayne Steele's original design is now available in a narrower size to fit fine-boned horses, and an extra-wide tree can be specially ordered (allow 6 moth lead time).
Steeles are prized for their durability, comfort to rider, and good fit to many horses. We rarely get used Steeles in, because they tend to sell quickly to barn mates and friends.
The Steele features an ergonomically designed tree that is based on the old Morgan tree with western style bars. It is not intended for jumping, since the design does not incorporate the shock absorbing features found in hunt style saddles. However, the vast majority of riders in the US do not jump, and the Steele has increased in popularity each year it's been on the market.

The Steele Centennial is popular with historical riders and show riders who portray Period Costume. Like the English Pleasure it is based on the comfortable Steele tree, but this model offers a variety of seat and leather colors, plus border. This saddle also comes with a choice of English or Western rigging, and western features like a purse can be added at additional cost. This is a great way to customize your saddle and make a splash in the show ring.

The Original Steele Equitation is the choice of many advanced show riders who wish a close contact seat and versatility to fit several riders and horses. First developed in 1983 by Wayne Steele and Hundred Oaks, this saddle quickly became the show standard. Unique Steele movable upright horn and 3 position leaping horn make this saddle useful for everyone. Brown or black, seat sizes 20 & 22", standard or narrow tree.
