Text of Letter: I recently had need for a tree surgeon to remove 50ft tree uprooted in my front garden. The stump which was badly entwined with the electric and gas cables proved to be a real problem. After a long search and several quotations ( mainly on the absurdly high side) we settled for Roots & Shoots mentioned in the 10th Cobham Edition of the Trade Register. I would like to tell you what a marvellous decision that this turned out to be. I cannot say enough in praise of Shaun Petty who attended to the job. Even though the live electric cables (overseen by the electric company personnel) provided for more work than originally anticipated, the work was completed cheerfully and to everyone's satisfaction. The bill for the job was very reasonable. I would be glad to recommend this company to anyone in need of a tree surgeon. |

Removal of large tree and clearance of greenhouse and other garden waste through the house (no back access to garden !) Roots and Shoots sent two guys, Adrian and Andy to do the work. They arrived EARLY & just got on with it. They did a great job and cleared up brilliantly afterwards; you wouldn't know they'd been! Great guys. I cannot speak too highly of the above firm who pruned, felled various trees in my garden last week - The pruned trees look excellent and the work was carried out without any damage to my garden and the way the workmen cleaned up was truly amazing. I would recommend Roots and Shoots to anyone. Delightful, courteous workers doing a splendid job and I thought not too expensive. |
