Ten Place House is a spacious, beautiful home located on a quiet, wooded street in the village of Carmel. Recently it was completely renovated. The result is a warm, luxurious place for a large or small group to feel totally at home. The house is located a short distance from Carmel's famous Pebble Beach Golf Course and neighborhood tennis courts are just a few steps away.

We've provided you with every convenience. The house is decorated with rugs on hardwood floors, with comfortable, all-new furniture and graceful artwork. High quality equipment and systems installed throughout the house make Ten Place House the perfect getaway for small or large groups on extended vacations.
The Living Room:  
A working fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere for the spacious living room, which is furnished with a large sectional sofa that converts to a queen-size sleeper. A state-of-the-art entertainment system includes cable TV, DVD/VCR, tape and CD player. Comfortable armchairs, an ottoman, lamps, tables and framed pictures complete the scene, which is enhanced by the warmth of a convenient, gas-operated firelog.
The Dining Area:   
Roomy and uncluttered, the dining area features a pine dining table and six chairs. Decorated with plants and candles, the dining room is easy to access from the kitchen for serving guests or a casual dinner.
The Kitchen:         
Consisting of all-new equipment, high-quality cabinets and counter tops with Italian pottery floor tile that's a breeze to clean, the kitchen is equipped with everything you will need. Included is a smooth-top electric range and oven, a built-in microwave oven, and an automatic dishwasher. You will also find an electric cappuccino machine and coffee maker, a Mr. Juiceman juicer and a variety of tools and utensils for your convenience. In the cabinets you will discover brightly colored Italian pottery dishes, a full set of glassware and mugs and a complete set of silverware and serving utensils and dishes. You can just see the ocean from the kitchen!
The Bedrooms:    
Each bedroom has new beds and private bathrooms, each enclosed within the bedroom suite and equipped with linens and towels.
The Master Bedroom:   
A spacious, luxurious room features a queen-size bed with a rich comforter, matching shams and window treatments. Two bedside lamps and tables add to the room's comforts. In a corner of the Master Bedroom, a 'cuddler' sofa that converts to another bed is flanked by a table with its own lamp and telephone extension. The Master Bedroom has its own private bathroom enclosed within the suite, with a tub and shower combination. There is a distant view of the ocean from this room.
The Lighthouse Room:  
Across the hall from the Master Bedroom is a brightly decorated room that accommodates three people. Furnishings include two day beds and a pop-up trundle bed. Bold colors, lamps, tables and framed nautical pictures conspire to give this room its lighthouse theme. The bathroom is fully enclosed within the suite, with a large shower.
The Garden Room:        
Downstairs is a bright, spacious room decorated with white wicker furniture and beautiful matching blue comforters, pillows and window treatments. The Garden Room includes two twin beds, a rocking chair, tables and lamps. There is also a computer workstation for those who bring their lap-tops, and a telephone extension. The private bathroom enclosed in the suite includes a tub and shower combination. Outside this room is a private, grassy garden patio with a separate entrance leading to the street.
Outside:  
Just off the dining room is a private, landscaped yard and patio. The patio features an outdoor table with benches and an umbrella for shelter from sun or showers. The landscaping is rich with greenery, under Carmel's tall trees. It's all watered with an automated drip system that takes care of itself. Brand new laundry facilities are located in the completely enclosed garage. The garage allows parking for one car and room for a second car in the driveway.
