The
PAM Network
and the
Calvert
Social
Investment
Foundation
have joined
together to
create PAM
Community
Investments, a
national
program in
which investors
can direct
capital to
low-income
families and
under served
communities in
the United
States and
internationally.
The program
provides
investors with
a convenient,
effective way
to invest in a
professionally
managed,
multi-million
dollar
portfolio of
innovative
community
development,
low-income
housing, and
micro-credit
loan funds.
These
Notes are only
available
through the PAM
Network. Notes
are being
offered in
amounts of
$1000 and
higher.
Investors
choose a rate
of return from
zero to three
percent.
Investments
will be placed
in a balanced
portfolio of
community
development
loan funds that
help
impoverished
families and
neighborhoods
work their way
out of poverty.
Investors can
earmark their
investment to
benefit a
specific
organization.

PAM
Community
Investments are
administered by
the Calvert
Social
Investment
Foundation.
This program is
not a mutual
fund. It should
not be confused
with any
Calvert
Group-sponsored
investment
product.
Calvert
Foundation is a
registered
501(c)(3)
charitable
organization
which acts as a
professionally
managed
facility for
investors to
channel capital
to
disadvantaged
communities.
The program,
though not FDIC
insured, is
protected by
substantial
loan loss and
equity
reserves, a $3
million debt
cushion
underwritten by
the Ford and
MacArthur
Foundations,
and Calvert
Foundation's
years of
community
investment
management and
analysis
experience.

Funds
are placed in a
pool from which
investments are
made
periodically
with leading
community

in the PAM
Community
Investments
portfolio. The
Portfolio is as
diverse as the
community
development
industry,
combining
organizations
that offer
micro credit
lending,
low-income
housing, small
business
development,
conservation-based
development,
health care,
and other
community
development
lending. Three
of the funded
programs are
