Ocean Village Club is a beautiful condo resort of 18 buildings nestled between the edge of the Atlantic Ocean and Highway A1A. Treat yourself to a vacation in our beautifully furnished condo, which is a sunny corner unit on the second floor where the only foot traffic in front of your door will be your own! This is an elevator-equipped building built in 1999 surrounded by lots of open space. Our building is across from the Community Center and heated pool. There is free wireless high speed internet available at the Community Center. There is also a computer and printer there for your use. This gated complex is one of the nicest on St. Augustine Beach!

Our unit has everything for your perfect vacation. You will enjoy our 1120-foot condo, which includes 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. Completely repainted in 2006 with bright and sunny colors.
The Master Bedroom has a king size bed (new mattress set 2006) 20" Flat Screen TV & VCR/DVD player. The triple dresser has all the room you need for your belongings. Also has its own private bath with a walk-in shower. Brand new carpet in Master Bedroom in 2007.
The Guest Bedroom has twin beds, 20" TV & VCR/DVD player. Brand new carpet in Guest Bedroom in 2007. The second bathroom has a tub with shower.
The Living Room has a queen size sleeper sofa (new 2005), 2 recliners (new 2005) and 27" TV & VCR/DVD player. New tile floors in Living and Dining rooms in 2007.
The fully equipped Kitchen includes small appliances such as a coffee maker, blender, toaster, can opener, electric skillet, mixer and crock pot. A full size over-the-stove microwave was added in 2005. Lots of dinnerware, silverware, bakeware, cookware, glassware, towels and all other kitchen items you will need are provided. Brand new side-by-side refrigerator with ice/water in door in 2007. Enjoy the full size washer & dryer which is an added upgrade (almost all other units only have an apartment size washer/dryer). New tile floors in 2007.
The Dining room has an oversized table which seats 6 people and a computer desk with printer stand and a surge protector for your computer.
This beautiful sunny corner unit condo is maintained to the highest standards for your enjoyment. Includes cable TV, ceiling fans with lights, lots of linens, free local phone calls and all the comforts of home!
There are 2 pools (one heated) with poolside cabanas, tennis & shuffleboard courts in this beautiful gated oceanside complex. We are a short 5-minute walk within the complex to the ocean (no public roads to cross).
Minutes away is the Nation's Oldest City, historic and quaint St. Augustine with all the charm of its Spanish heritage, championship golf, marinas and water sports. Please remember that our condo is a Non-Smoking, No Pets unit and all occupants must be 25 years or older unless children accompanied by parents. The maximum occupancy is 6 people including children of all ages. No Exceptions!

Policies
Additional charges are a $75 cleaning fee and 9% sales tax. No boats, trailers or recreational vehicles are allowed to be parked on property. Since we live in TN all of our rentals will be handled with a local rental agent.
Deposits
$250.00 security deposit is required to secure a reservation, paid in advance of check-in and refundable after departure upon inspection of unit and return of all keys, gate cards and parking passes.
Refunds
For refund of deposit, cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival for weekly or monthly rentals. Reservations made with less than 30 days are subject to the same policy.
