This is an elevator-equipped building built in 1999 surrounded by lots of open space. Our building is across from the Community Center and heated pool. There is free wireless high speed internet available at the Community Center. There is also a computer and printer there for your use. This gated complex is one of the nicest on St. Augustine Beach! INSIDE UNIT L-26 Our unit has everything for your perfect vacation. You will enjoy our 1120-foot condo, which includes 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. Completely repainted in 2006 with bright and sunny colors. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed (new mattress set 2006) 20" Flat Screen TV & VCR/DVD player. The triple dresser has all the room you need for your belongings. Also has its own private bath with a walk-in shower. Brand new carpet in Master Bedroom in 2007. The Guest Bedroom has twin beds, 20" TV & VCR/DVD player. Brand new carpet in Guest Bedroom in 2007. The second bathroom has a tub with shower. The Living Room has a queen size sleeper sofa (new 2005), 2 recliners (new 2005) and 27" TV & VCR/DVD player. New tile floors in Living and Dining rooms in 2007. The fully equipped Kitchen includes small appliances such as a coffee maker, blender, toaster, can opener, electric skillet, mixer and crock pot. A full size over-the-stove microwave was added in 2005. Lots of dinnerware, silverware, bakeware, cookware, glassware, towels and all other kitchen items you will need are provided. Rental Rates
3 Night Minimum Based on Occupancy of 6 Persons Rates are in $US and subject to change without notice ********Labor Day Weekend – 3 Night Rate $450.00******* PoliciesAdditional charges are a $75 cleaning fee and 9% sales tax. No boats, trailers or recreational vehicles are allowed to be parked on property. Since we live in TN all of our rentals will be handled with a local rental agent. Deposits$250.00 security deposit is required to secure a reservation, paid in advance of check-in and refundable after departure upon inspection of unit and return of all keys, gate cards and parking passes. RefundsFor refund of deposit, cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival for weekly or monthly rentals. Reservations made with less than 30 days are subject to the same policy.
