The Grounds

Anna's Bottle House is a passport to a world of whimsy and natural beauty. Just outside the glowing cottage walls, an outdoor wonderland awaits. A private patio lies beyond the bedroom door. A separate kitchen ramada offers space to spread out, cook, eat, entertain ... and it can accommodate two more guests, especially hardy, camper-types! An outdoor pool table stands nearby. Bottle walls define paths through gardens of giant cactus and lush greenery. Unique statuary can be found throughout the property. Concrete walkways bear the art work, handprints and signatures of the Mexican artisans (and their children) who, beginning in the 1960s, created the bottle-and-rock fantasy for a Tucson family. It continues to be a work in progress!
