May the order of Pythian Sisters go bravely on its mission of holy love, ever remembering the beautiful lessons so impressively taught in its Temples, until its members, pure in thought, and word, and deed as the driven snow, recognizing the great principle of Equality in the Sisterhood of Women, shall move "Onward and Upward" until its gentle and benign influence shall be felt not alone by its members, but within the ranks of the brilliant Order with which it is so closely allied; may it become a Beacon Light to the whole world, the promise and potency of a higher and more divine life.

Purity is that state reached through honorable motive, action, and thought and should be a goal we seek to attain.

Love represents service, guidance, trust, and tolerance. Through Love we are bound together as a band of Sisters.

Equality requires sharing with each sister all rights and responsibilities. As Pythian Sisters we work together for the good of all.

Fidelity means being faithful, steadfast, and loyal to God and each other.
