Recently one of our long, lost members (Kelvin Smith) returned to the Club after his retirement, and he showed us some of the models he had built and flown, and also some new ones he had nearly finished. His last job was involved in making educational toys for museums and as you can see, he has applied that knowledge to his model making. What a difference a bit of lateral thinking makes. I hope you enjoy looking at these models and maybe you can come up with an idea as wild as some of these. I like the Flying Doctor and will enjoy seeing that fly. He is also at the point of nearly having finished a Flying Pig. It looks good !! Especially as it is a brilliant PINK.
