CountySurveyor for Gideon Wright of Noreg in the bounds of Oyster Bay A certain peace of Land lying at Noreg neare the had of the mill river The first bounds is a red oak saplen which stands on the west side of said brook Which saplen stands south twenty five degrees west nine rods and thirteen foots from a rock that is on the est side of said brook when ranging from said saplen west nineteen degrees south one hundred and forty rods to a Large Chesnut tree marked: g. w: then then south twenty two degrees east eight rods then west west 26 degrees south 19 rods then north 30 west 117 rods to a white oak tree thenc est 33° n 58 rods to black oak tree thenc E 20° 84 rods to a small rock by said brook thenc E 19° N 18 rods from thenc Est 104 rods from there E 20° n 27 from thenc southerdly by the rode that leds from Oyster Bay to Lusom 112 rods to the north est comer of Thomas Chessiers land thenc west seven degrees south 55 rods thence: S 4° E 14 rods thence west eighteen degrees south 35 rods thenc north 13° west 19 rods thenc west nine rods to the first bounds Containing in said bounds 196 acres and 47 rods 14 being the farm he now dwells upon and was formerly part surveyed and now resurveyed with a adtion upon his right
