[Settlement of assault suit between Isaac Simonson and George Ryerson. 1869]

This agreement made between Isaac Simonson and George Ryerson this 11th day of Sept 1869 the said Isaac Simons agrees to and dose settel all diferences between himself and the said George Ryerson for and concerning the assault and battery commited on said Isaac Simonson by the said George Ryerson and the said Isaac agrees not to prosecute the matter any further by the said George Ryerson paying to the said Isaac Simonson one hundred and seventy five dollars and costs
