Macgrady school master to be and appear before me on Friday the 31st day of August at the house of Zophar Smith at oysterbay West Neck South at two of the clock in the afternoon to answer-unto Zophar Smith and David Seaman in an Action on the Case to their Damage Ten Pounds or under and make Return here of given under my hand at Jerusalom this-20th-day of August at-1798-Rich Jackson Justice
