Wagher-County Judge of the County aforesaid, Do Hereby Certify, that Letters Testamentary of the last will and Testament of Daniel Cock Senr late of the said county, deceased, were on the seventeenth day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty seven duly issued to Edward L. Frost and Townsend U. Franklin Executor in said Will named And I do further certify that the Letters testamentary have not been revoked.
