Suffolk. The subscriber applies for an attachment against the property of William Watting on the grounds set forth in the affidavit hereunto annexed. Dated the 20th day of September 1843 Brewster SkidmoreSuffolk County, ss. Brewster Skidmore being duly sworn, says, that William Watting is justly indebted unto unto him in the sum of Two Dollars and 74 cents ofer and above all discounts, which the said William Watting has against him as near as he can ascertain the same; which debt rose around contract, and that the said William Watting is about to remove his property from the said county with intent to defraud his creditors.
