Our office is located in a historic home on the Norwichtown Green in Norwich, Connecticut. We are less than one minute from exit 82 off Interstate 395. Our regular office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Attorney Masters has been engaged in the practice of law since 1976. She is experienced in the
areas of Family Law, Personal Injury, Wills and Probate, and Real Estate, among others. Ms.
Masters is a graduate of Middlebury College and the University of Connecticut School of Law.
Attorney Masters is licensed to practice before the Connecticut courts, and is also a member of
the Mashantucket and the Mohegan Tribal Courts. She is a member of the New London County
and Connecticut Bar Associations. She is presently the Treasurer of the New London County Bar
Association.
Attorney Benson has practiced law since 1979. A graduate of Smith College and the University of Connecticut School of Law, Ms. Benson is licensed to practice before all Connecticut courts. She is also licensed to practice before the Mashantucket Tribal Court. Ms. Benson is a member of the New London County and Connecticut Bar Associations. Attorney Benson is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association's Committee on Professional Ethics. She is Chairperson of the New London County Bar Association's Ethics Committee, and as such chairs a seminar each year which the committee presents to the members of the New London County Bar Association.

For most matters, we charge a $100 initial consultation fee, which includes up to 45 minutes of the attorney's time. There is no consultation fee for cases which would be taken on a contingency fee. At the time of the initial consultation, the attorney will provide the client with detailed information concern1ing hourly rates, an estimated fee range, and billing procedures.
