Mills Video Productions (MVP) has been providing racing camera operations and videotape productions throughout California since 1991. As the fomer Official Videographer to the Sprint Car Racing Association from 1994 through 2002, MVP produced weekly racing event tapes, promotional videos, and Year in Review Highlights of all SCRA Racing Events.
