1. Open a transparent canvas
of 100 x 120 pixels. This should give us
plenty of room to work with. Flood fill this layer
with white and then create a second raster layer, this
is the layer that we will be drawing on so make sure it
is the active layer by clicking on it.
2. Pick your paintbrush, set at
size one and using color #B56510, (or a color of your
choice) draw the outline by following the picture.

3. Pick your flood fill tool
(the bucket) and making sure the the 'sample merged box
is checked, fill in all of your teddy.
I used color #EAC092.
NOW FOR THE SHADING
4. Pick your magic wand select
the head.
Selections > Float > Effects
> 3D Effects > Cutout.
using these settings:
Vertical = -1
Horizontal = 0
Opacity = 85
Blur = 11
Shade = #B56510
Deselect
5. Pick your magic wand select
the body.
Selections > Float > Effects
> 3D Effects > Cutout.
using these settings:
Vertical = -1
Horizontal = 0
Opacity = 90
Blur = 14
Shade = #B56510
Deselect
6. Pick your magic wand select
the left arm (your left).
Selections > Float > Effects
> 3D Effects > Cutout.
using these settings:
Vertical = -1
Horizontal = 2
Opacity = 90
Blur = 9
Shade = #B56510
Deselect
7. Pick your magic wand select
the Right arm (your right).
Selections > Float > Effects
> 3D Effects > Cutout.
using these settings:
Vertical = -1
Horizontal = -2
Opacity = 90
Blur = 9
Shade = #B56510
Deselect
8. Pick your magic wand select
the left leg (Your left).
Selections > Float > Effects
> 3D Effects > Cutout.
using these settings:
Vertical = -2
Horizontal = -2
Opacity = 90
Blur = 10
Shade = #B56510
Deselect
9. Pick your magic wand select
the right leg (your right).
Selections > Float > Effects
> 3D Effects > Cutout.
using these settings:
Vertical = -2
Horizontal = 2
Opacity = 90
Blur = 10
Shade = #B56510
Deselect
10. Pick your magic wand select
the left ear (your left).
Selections > Float > Effects
> 3D Effects > Cutout.
using these settings:
Vertical = 0
Horizontal = 2
Opacity = 75
Blur = 5
Shade = #B56510
Deselect
11. Pick your magic wand select
the right ear (your right).
Selections > Float > Effects
> 3D Effects > Cutout.
using these settings:
Vertical = 0
Horizontal = -2
Opacity = 75
Blur = 5
Shade = #B56510
Deselect
12. Now, create a new raster layer
(If you wish, you can name it 'features')
Draw in the features and the 'inner ears'
These are the colors that I chose:
Eyes/nose #9C5910 and #000000
Inner ears #B56510

13. With your paint brush set at
size one, paint inside the inner ears, I used color
#CE8231.
14 Go to merge > merge down.
Save as a .psp file for future use.
That's it.... You're done!
