To make this mouse, all
you need is PSP.
1. Open a
transparent canvas of 100 X 150 pixels, this should give
us plenty of room to work with.
2. Flood fill
this layer with white and then make a new raster layer.
This is the layer that we will be drawing on so make
sure it is the active layer by clicking on it.
3. Select you
paintbrush set at size one and draw the outline like in
the next picture.
These are the colors that I chose but please feel free
to pick your own.
'Fur' = #C9895D
Dress/hat = #7174F7
Hat frill = #FDD4A3

4. Pick your
flood fill tool (the bucket) Make sure that the 'sample
merged' box is checked. (this saves you from having to
select each part of the picture before filling it!) Fill
each section.
These are the colors that I chose:
'Fur' = #DCB49A
Dress/hat = #C9CAF7
Hat frill = #FFF6EB
Inner ears = #F2DCCE
