To make this pixel dog,
all you need is PSP.
1. Open a
transparent canvas of 100 X 150. This should give
us plenty of room to work with.
Flood fill this layer with white and then make a second
raster layer, this is the layer that we will be drawing
on so make sure that it is the active layer by clicking
on it.
2. Draw the
outline by following the picture.
These are the colors that I chose but please feel free
to pick your own!
Dark brown = #704C22
lighter brown = #8C6130
Collar = #025EDA
(I have colored the dark brown bits in
red so that you can see them properly!)

3. Next pick your
flood fill tool (the bucket) and making sure that the
'sample merged' box is checked, fill in each section.
These are the colors I chose:
Dark brown (back patch
and muzzle) = #8C6130
Light brown (main body and paw) = #BF8F6B
Collar = #6A9EE4
