If you feel you cannot tackle this outline, it is available to use but for some reason, I am unable to attach it, if you would like it sent to you please email me and I will send it to you.
Thank you for you patience.

To make this bride, all you need is PSP and as always..... Patience!!

1.  Open a transparent image of 300 X 350 pixels.  This should give us plenty of room to work with.

2.  Flood fill this layer with white and then make a second raster layer.  This is the layer that we will be working on so make sure it is the active layer by clicking on it.

3.  Using your paintbrush tool set to size one, draw the outline by following the next pictures.

These are the colors that I chose but please feel free to pick your own!

Dress: #A2DEE0
Skin: #BD825E
Bouquet: #2B520C
Hair: #583A24
Lips: #801217
Eyes: #916545

4.  Pick your flood fill tool (bucket) and making sure that the 'sample merged' box is checked, fill in each section.
These are the colors that I chose:

16.  I chose to draw roses in my bouquet, but this is where you can be really adventurous and try out different things!!!
These are the colors that I used:

Greens : #2B520C (dark)
             #356A0A (mid)
            #488408 (light)

Reds: #801217 (dark)
         #A71920 (mid)
          #C0161E (light)

Firstly, make a new raster layer so that you can easily erase bits if you need to. I flood filled the bouquet with the dark green and then using the dark red, I just drew sort of spirals for the roses and filled them in with the light red.  Then I just added shading with the mid red.  They don't have to be perfect!
Once I had done the roses, I just drew round the roses with the mid and light green and added some trailing bits...

Finally, if you wish, you can add white dots (#FFFFFF) all over it to add to the effect!.

17.  Hide the very bottom layer and merge visible.
Selections > Select all > Selections > Float > Selections > defloat.

Add a new raster layer and with your paintbrush at size one and color #A2DEE0 draw in some lines on the skirt like this:

On the same layer and using color #C07478 draw in some blush like this:

Apply a gaussian blur of 1.5

Deselect.

Make sure that the bottom layer is hidden and then merge visible.

Save your bride as a psp. file for future use.

That's it, you're done! (I think!! lol)

I hope you enjoyed this tut and found it easy to follow if not a bit long!! lol.
