To make this beach babe, all you need is PSP and some patience!!

1.  Using your paintbrush tool set as size 1 draw the outline as in this next picture.
These are the colors that I used but please feel free to choose your own.

Hair = #FBD5AE
Swimsuit = #4F74FB
Body = #D6AD8C

2.  With your magic wand, select and fill each section.
(To select more than one area at a time, hold down the shift key)
These are the colors that I chose.

Hair = #F9AD6F
Swimsuit = #4049FC
Body = #CBAD8D

Now for the shading!

3.  With your magic wand, select her hair.

Selections > Float > Effects > 3D Effects > Cut Out
with these settings:

Vertical = 1
Horizontal = 3
Opacity = 80
Blur = 10
Shade = #FBDFAE

4.  With your magic wand, select her left arm, (your left)

Selections > Float > Effects > 3D Effects > Cut Out
with these settings:

Vertical = 0
Horizontal = 3
Opacity = 70
Blur = 4
Shade = #E5C4A1

5.  With your magic wand, select her back.

Selections > Float > Effects > 3D Effects > Cut Out
with these settings:

Vertical = 1
Horizontal = 1
Opacity = 75
Blur = 5
Shade = #E5C4A1

6.  With your magic wand, select her right arm (your right).

Selections > Float > Effects > 3D Effects > Cut Out
with these settings:

Vertical = 0
Horizontal = 2
Opacity = 70
Blur = 5
Shade = #E5C4A1

7.  With your magic wand, select her swimsuit.

Selections > Float > Effects > 3D Effects > Cut Out
with these settings:

Vertical = -1
Horizontal = -1
Opacity = 70
Blur = 9
Shade = #022BC4

And that should be your Beach babe finished now!
