 To make this banner bunny, all you need is PSP.

1.  Open a blank canvas of 100 X 150 pixels, flood fill with white and then make a second raster layer.  This is the layer that we will be drawing on so make sure it is the active layer by clicking on it.

2.  Pick your paintbrush, set at size one and draw the outline.

These are the colors I chose but feel free to choose your own.

Bunny: #AE7822
Banner: #98D6F2

3.  Pick your floodfill tool (bucket) and make sure that the 'sample merged' box is checked.  Fill in your banner bunny.

These are the colors that I chose:

Bunny: #EEDBBC
Banner: #6DEFFA

7.  With your magic wand select the head area.

Selections > Float > Effects > 3D Effects > Cutout.

With these settings:

Vertical = 1
Horizontal = 0

8.  Make a third raster layer and draw the features.

These are the colors that I chose:

Inner ear, eyebrow, nose, mouth: #AE7822
Teeth: #C0C0C0
Eye blue: #24BEFE
Eye white and inside of teeth: #FFFFFF

 9.  Fill in the inner ears with #CF9C4A

10.  With your magic wand, select the inside of the inner ear on the left hand side (your left)

Selections > Float > Effects > 3D Effects > Cutout

With these settings:

Vertical = 0
