PRINTER FRIENDLY
VERSION HERE
We are going to make
this lil angel!
As normal, all you need is PSP and patience!
1. Open a blank

to work with. Flood fill this layer with white.

raster layer and name it outline.
Draw the outline like in the picture.
These were the colors I used but feel free to choose
your own!
Hair = #A96F3B
Face/hands/foot = #CF9CF9
Dress = #E6C132
Wings = #C0C0C0
(I have done the
face/hands/foot in blue so you could see it clearly.)

magic wand, select and flood fill each section.
I used these colors:
Hair = #CD9E71

15. Using your
paint brush at size one and color #C0C0C0
Draw in the wing details like this (I used red so you
can see it clearly, also, it doesn't need to be exact
hence no numbers!):

Add a gaussian blur of
1
Duplicate this layer twice so you now should have 3
copies of this layer!
KEEP SELECTED!!
16. Add another
raster layer. Set your paint brush to these
settings:

Using color #E6C142,
draw in similar to this (I used red here so you could
see it better):

Apply a gaussian blur
of 1.5
17. Using color #A96F3B
draw in the features like this:

18. Apply another
raster layer. Select your airbrush/spray can,
using color #A8503C and these settings:

spray in some blush
like this (just a couple of clicks should do!!):

Apply a gaussian blur
of 1.5 or 2, it's up to you!!
(I used 1.5)
19. Hide the very
bottom layer, (the white one!) and then merge visible.
Save as a psp. file.
That's it! You
should be done now!
