The REMOTE FILE NAME is the name that you assign to the midi file when you upload it to your ftp space. You may assign the file any name that you wish. Whenever you upload any file to your ftp space you must assign it a remote file name. THIS NAME MUST BE USED IN THE HTML CODE THAT WILL CALL THE FILE FROM YOUR WEBSITE OR HOMEPAGE. For instance if you upload a midi file as song.mid Then you will use song.mid in the html code. See examples below.
If you upload the file to a folder within your ftp space then you must define that folder in the html code. For instance if you upload a file IE. song.mid to a folder in your FTP space that is labled "midis" then you must also define that folder as shown below...
