Ladies Night 2008
W.Bro. Kevin Mullin and his wife Phylis have arranged their Ladies Festival Weekend at the Queens Hotel, Meyrick Road,
Bournemouth, Dorset, BH1 3DL on Friday 9th May 2008 until after breakfast on Sunday 11th May 2008.
This superb privately owned AA 3 Star Bournemouth hotel is ideally situated in the heart of Bournemouth's
East Cliff, only a short walk from the busy town centre where you can find the Bournemouth International Centre (BIC),
the Pavilion Theatre, family friendly pubs and restaurants that cater for all tastes. It is only a few minutes walk
away from Bournemouth's Blue Flag award winning, golden, sandy beaches and Bournemouth Pier.
The dedicated staff will make you feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible and ensure your visit to Bournemouth is all
that you hoped for. All bedrooms have direct dial telephone, colour television, hairdryer, trouser press and tea &
coffee facilities. The Queens Hotel boasts an award winning restaurant and relaxing lounge bar and
private garden with complimentary use of The Queensbury Leisure Club, incorporating Indoor Heated Swimming Pool, Sauna,

A special rate has been agreed with the hotel of £148 per person for those who wish to travel down and stay on Friday
& Saturday night B&B and the Ladies Night, and £118 per person for Saturday night B&B and the Ladies
Night. The Ladies Night Banquet only will be £55 per person.
The weekend programme of events will be:
Friday
- Guests can arrive from 2:00pm onwards
- Complimentary Car Parking on-site
- Porters are available to assist guests with luggage and to escort them to their rooms
- Three-course buffet style dinner served in the restaurant from 7:00pm – 8.30pm followed by dancing to our House Disco
- Overnight en-suite accommodation
Saturday
- Full English or Continental breakfast served in the restaurant 8:00am – 9.45am
- A day at your leisure. Why not make use of the indoor leisure facilities that Gordon Hotels have to offer, or perhaps take a stroll along the sea front or browse around Bournemouth’s many
fine shops and boutiques.
- The cocktail bar is open throughout the day for drinks and snacks (not included in the package price)

5 Course gala dinner with coffee & mints
Pianist to play back ground music during the gala dinner
3 Piece band to play music for dancing following the gala dinner until 1:00am

Sunday
- Full English or Continental breakfast to be served in the restaurant 8:00am – 10:00am
- Guests depart. Bedrooms to be vacated by 11:00am
