Special meetings are held a few times a year such as potlucks, different venues, accompanied by of course -- lots of harmonica playing.

Paul jammin'-- click to enlargeDenver Mile High Harmonica Club may be for you. The group is composed of harmonica players with a range of talents -- from novice to expert. Many types of instruments are played including diatonic harps, chromatic, bass, and chord harmonicas. All types of music are played -- blues, bluegrass, classical, standards, jazz, etc.

Do you want to:

  • Jam with other harp players who have interests similar to yours?
  • Learn about different playing techniques and types of music?
  • Play in a harmonica ensemble?
  • Have opportunities playing either in an "open mike" session before a friendly audience, or for a public audience?
  • Work to put on our annual harmonica festival--or to help host the 2006 SPAH International Harmonica Convention in Denver!
