This is a foundation course aimed at beginners and technical staff who are new to Advanced Pick / D³. This course presents the fundamental features of Advanced Pick / D³ and is suitable for those who will go on to work in technical roles such as operations and support staff, programmers and analysts

Prerequisites: No computer skills are assumed, but participants will derive greater benefit from the course if they have had some experience of commercial and business practice and if they are fairly computer literate

• Writing and executing simple Basic programs

• Some basic operational duties

• The spooler and some of the applications packages which are frequently encountered
